Dynamite is filing a lawsuit on behalf of a client against ABN AMRO Bank because the bank refuses to remove the client's registration.

Unfortunately, the judge ruled that the bank was right; the client's interest did not carry enough weight and the bank was therefore allowed to leave the registration in place. Among other things, the judge took into account that there had been a personal bankruptcy and that the bank had discharged an amount.
