We are Dynamite Netherlands. A team of lawyers fighting for people who have been wronged by banks, lenders, real estate dealers or gambling companies.
Since our founding, we have been committed to bringing justice back where it has been lost.
We believe that justice is not just something for those who can afford it, but a right of everyone.
Dynamite Netherlands began in 2012 not in a modern office, but in an empty space with just a few desks and computers.
From this anti-squat building in Zoetermeer, the idea arose to help people who were stuck in the financial system.
What began as a small team with a great sense of justice grew into a legal firm of national prominence that has now helped thousands of people get their lives back on track.
The first workplace of Dynamite Netherlands. The beginning of a mission that continues today.
We are not a traditional legal firm.
Where others stop at resolving individual cases, we go further. We fight not only for our clients, but also for structural change.
We talk to politicians, regulators and industry associations to improve policies and address abuses. In doing so, we sometimes throw up our own windows, because a fair system means less business for us. But that's exactly what we want: a system where consumers no longer suffer.
At Dynamite Netherlands, justice comes before profit.
We continue to innovate, collaborate and push boundaries to achieve our mission: to make the financial system fairer for all.
Dynamite Netherlands (along with Mr. Frank Visser) in conversation with the House of Representatives about a fairer financial system.
Mr. Frank Visser on Dynamite Netherlands: "Why with a specialist, you get value for money."
In this video from the corona period, we explain why Dynamiet Netherlands stands out as a specialist in removing BKR registrations.
We explain how our approach, honest, transparent and targeted, has led to thousands of successful cases.
"We don't make empty promises. We always paint a realistic picture of what is possible and then go full steam ahead with it."
Our efforts do not go unnoticed. Dynamite Netherlands can regularly be seen and heard in national media.
We raise abuses, share knowledge and educate consumers, from news programs to current affairs columns.
The files we handle and the abuses we expose are widely covered by Radar, Kassa, Editie NL, EenVandaag, Omroep Max, and in Trouw, De Telegraaf, the AD and the FD.
We are proud that more and more people are embracing our message: justice should be the norm, not the exception.
We also share our insights and experiences on deception, land trading and gambling issues at events such as the Fraud Film Festival.

Dynamiet Nederland shifts its focus to the online gambling industry and becomes the first party in the Netherlands to initiate collective legal proceedings against Unibet on behalf of Dutch gamblers.
This procedure argues that gambling agreements concluded before the legalization of the online gambling market in the Netherlands are null and void, because Unibet was operating without a Dutch license at the time. The collective approach and the social impact of online gambling harm received widespread media attention, including in the AD newspaper.
2025
Dynamiet Nederland achieves a significant legal breakthrough in an individual casino claim:
a gambler who lost €385,378 at an online casino was awarded almost €500,000 by the court, because in addition to the loss, statutory interest was also awarded.
This ruling made it clear that the financial consequences for gambling companies can be significant and strengthened the legal position of other victims.
The coming years will be marked by further legal action, precedents, and structural improvements to the financial system.
Our mission remains unchanged: to make the financial system fairer and protect consumers from abuse of power.
