As an experienced lawyer and director at Dynamiet Netherlands since 2012, I combine my passion for finance with legal knowledge. My background in Law and Banking & Insurance, combined with my experience in credit rating, forms the basis of my expertise.
Specializations
I lead the legal department and selectively handle a limited number of cases, with a focus on disputes with banks, lenders, land dealers, online casinos and the Bureau of Credit Registration. My specializations also include the General Data Protection Regulation (AVG) and contract law, in which I offer strategic advice.

Social contribution
Together with television judge Mr. Frank Visser, I founded the Foundation Unjust BKR Registration, with the aim of improving the BKR registration system in the Netherlands. I also founded the Stichting GrondhandelClaim to support victims of abusive trade in agricultural land.
