Cost of our legal services

We don’t take on every case. If we don’t see any legal options or if your financial situation isn’t stable yet, we’ll let you know before you pay anything. Having a record removed when you’re not financially ready for it will only get you into more trouble. We won’t get involved in that.

If we do take on your case, you'll know exactly where you stand from the start.

We have been in business since 2012 and were the first agency in the Netherlands to address BKR records through legal channels. Of the cases we take on, we resolve more than three out of four directly with the lender, without going to court.

BKR registration removal

Suggested retail price: 950,-

For anyone with a record that prevents them from obtaining a mortgage, loan, or lease.

Processing time: It usually takes 1 to 4 weeks to receive a response from the lender.

You’ll find out exactly how much you’ll pay during the initial consultation. The amount depends on the number of registrations, the number of lenders involved, and the complexity of your case. You’ll receive the final fee in writing before we begin.

Delete EVR registration

For those who are listed in the External Referral Registry and, as a result, can no longer access financial services—or can do so only with difficulty.

Processing time: usually 4 to 8 weeks.

  • Mediation with the other party

An EVR registration requires more substantiation than a BKR registration and involves more paperwork. You’ll be informed of the final fee after the intake, before we begin.
