After your notification, we will process your claim within 5 business days .

The entire procedure can range from 10 months to more than 2 years. The exact duration depends on various legal factors, and there is no concrete time frame for this at this time.

This is not a problem. We will request your transaction history from all parties involved and then assess whether it makes sense to take further action.

The minimum amount is €5,000 in losses at a specific casino. If the loss is lower, we cannot reasonably compensate our legal costs, and unfortunately cannot take the case.

1. You will receive an agreement from us, which you will sign.
2. Then you will send us the necessary documents, such as your identification, authorization and possibly your transaction history.
3. Once the file is complete, the lawyer will request the information from the casino.
4. We will recover the amount on your behalf and you will be added to the mass claim or we will initiate a lawsuit on your behalf.
5. You will be kept informed of all steps throughout the process.

In order to process your case as quickly as possible, we ask that you prepare the following documents:

• ID: A copy of your ID. Make sure no data is masked so we can process the correct information.
• Authorization Form: This authorizes us to mediate on your behalf.
• Transaction Summary: A summary of transactions with the casino in question. If you no longer have the transaction summary, don't worry! We will request it from the casino for you.
• Bank statements: these should show the playing losses and any winnings from the period up to October 2021.

Running out of bank statements? No worries. You can still request them from your bank, even if you are no longer a customer there. Banks are required to make statements available up to 8 years back.

Casinos often do not fully cooperate with transaction history requests. To ensure that we have sufficient proof that you lost money, we ask for your bank statements. These constitute important evidence in your case.

We strongly recommend that you request your bank statements from the bank you paid with at the time. Most banks offer the ability to request statements up to 8 years back, even if you are no longer a customer there. The bank may charge a fee for this.

Although banks often find it difficult to provide older records, they usually still have this information. It may help to approach the bank in writing and explain that you were a victim of an illegal website/online casino in the past and that you need the data to support your case.

In that case, it is uncertain whether we can successfully assist you. Without bank statements, we are entirely dependent on the willingness of the casino to provide your transaction history. Certain casinos, such as Unibet, are not willing to do so.

A deed of assignment is a legal document by which you formally transfer your claim to another party, in this case to us. This gives us legal ownership of the claim and allows us to act independently, without further consent from you, against the other party.

No, signing a deed of assignment is not mandatory. However, without an assignment, in many cases we will not be able to take your case in the class action lawsuit, because it is practically impracticable to seek permission or consult with each individual client separately for every legal action.
