How do I request my payment information from PokerStars and BetFair?

Unfortunately, PokerStars and Betfair do not cooperate when we request this information on your behalf. However, these parties do provide your information when you request it directly yourself.

What can you do?

We therefore kindly request that you request your own transaction history from PokerStars and/or BetFair. This will not only help complete your file, but also expedite the handling of your case.
