I reached out to Dynamiet in May 2020 to ask their advice on my BKR registration. During the initial conversation I asked them to be honest and only take my case if they see a possibility of success. They assured me that the chances are very high that my BKR registration will be removed. With that said, I sent all documentation within a week. They sent a confirmation saying that they will keep me updated on progress. From that moment I didn't hear anything from them until they send me the next invoice. I called them to ask if there were any updates on my case mentioning that I find it odd and very impersonal to be sent an invoice when I haven't been informed about the progress. On July 22 I was contacted by their Jurists who asked for additional information. Again, I spend a tremendous amount of time getting all the requested paper work sorted and sent. Just like the first time, I had to call myself to ask for updates, and ensure that the paper work arrived well.
Two weeks later they sent an example letter asking me to verify that all the information was correct. After reading that letter I realized that the arguments were not strong enough so I called to ensure that my points and my story are coming across clearly to the creditors.
At the end of August both Creditors that have me registered at BKR declined the request. Their conclusion was that the importance of my request was not strong enough.
Dynamiet sent me an email to inform me about these facts and I was promised to be called the week after for a follow up. I never heard anything from them since.
I would like to tell Dynamiet the following: next time be honest to your potential clients. I spent nearly on having you sent two letters that turned out insufficient. I spent a lot of time on documentation which at the end was not properly used by your lawyer. If you want to offer a good service then keep your clients updated and informed and follow up.
