Many online casinos use payment service providers to process payments. These providers manage a suspense account between the casino and you, the player. This often makes it difficult to see directly in your bank statements which amount has gone to which casino.
To still gain clarity, you can request your transaction history from the payment service provider in question. This will give you insight into the exact recipients and help you better substantiate your case.
How does it work?
Search your bank statements for the name of the payment service provider.
Common names are:
Send an email to the appropriate company requesting access to your personal information and payment transactions. You can find the appropriate e-mail address by clicking on the name of the payment service provider.
Step 1: Review your bank statements
Look for transactions through payment service providers such as Trustly, Worldpay, PPRO, Adyen or Icepay.
Step 2: Take a screenshot of your last payment
Make sure the payment company and your own name/account number are visible.
Step 3: Email the payment service provider
Use the sample text below to request your information.
Step 4: Add your name at the bottom of the email
This ensures that your request is processed correctly.
Step 5: Wait for a response
The AVG (GDPR) requires companies to respond to your request within 30 days.

I am requesting access to my personal data under Article 15 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
In the past, I have made multiple payments through your payment service. I kindly request access to the following information:

I kindly request that the information be provided in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, as per Article 20(1) GDPR.
For reference, I have attached a screenshot showing one of the payments made from my bank account.
