As the title suggests, our experience would describe it as pleasant and clear communication with a nice result.

Attention is paid to the personal situation, after which it is examined whether they see possibilities, based on their expertise, to have the negative code removed. Should this be the case, a clear picture is painted of what will happen next and then it is up to you to provide supporting documents.

With eventually a request to the lenders to remove the negative BKR code(s). Result; all (three) negative codes have been removed. We can now move forward with arranging our mortgage, thank you Lisa!

A few months ago I found out that I have one negative BKR.
